Including a Wash and Reproof, up to 3 Patches, 2 Pocket Repairs, Hem Repair or Elastic Drawcord Repair and Zip Replacement. (If more patches are required, they can be swapped in for other repairs offered).
Service only available in the UK. If you require a waterproof zip replacement please note the lead time for this will be up to 6 weeks, for all other repairs the turnaround will be 4-6 weeks, may vary during peak times.
Please note, our Handwork Repair Specialists will aim to match zip as close to original where possible. If the original colour is not available, we use black. Zip measurements are in 4cm increments so replacement zip may be slightly smaller than original.
Please wash your repair before sending it in as we will be unable to repair it if it is dirty. Due to various factors, we cannot guarantee reproofing results on jackets over 5 years old.
